What we collect
Whatever you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, suburb, optionally your email, and what you tell us about the door. If you arrived via the Haul-Out Check, the answers you gave it appear in the message box for you to review and edit before you send anything. Nothing is collected until you press send. When you do send, basic request details (like the IP address the form was sent from) come along with it; those are used for spam-checking, nothing else.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange the work: calling you back, booking the visit, and turning up at the right address knowing what the door is doing. That's the entire purpose.
Who sees it
The people who handle your job. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local garage-doors provider to service your request. We don't sell your details, publish them, or add you to marketing lists.
Where it lives
Enquiries are stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure, kept for as long as they're useful for handling your job and our records, and not beyond that.
Cookies, tracking and spam
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and there's no newsletter to be signed up to. The enquiry form carries a hidden trap field that only spam scripts fill in; a genuine enquiry never touches it. That's the extent of it.
Photographs (the owner's report)
Photos taken for an owner's report are of your door and its hardware, taken for you, and sent to you. They're kept with the job record and used for nothing else without asking you first.
Questions, corrections or removal
Want to know what we hold on you, have it corrected, or have it removed? Use the enquiry form and say it's a privacy question; it gets read by the same people and answered the same way.
